From 6pm throughout this week, you can watch one of the biggest events in eSports as the best Dota 2 teams do battle for a prize pool of $20m

If you tune in to one eSports event this year, it should definitely be Dota 2's The International.

It is the Champions League Final of eSports, the Superbowl of competitive gaming, and a quick look at the numbers will prove that.

Dota 2's best squads have faced each other over the course of the last 12 months, taking part in three different regional competitions - or 'Majors' - to determine which 22 teams will earn a spot in the final tournament, The International.

This is the culmination of months of hard work for many of these teams, but it'll be worth it for anyone who claims the top spot. With over $20m(£15.4m) in the prize pool, the first place winner of this event will take away a whopping $8.8m (£6.8m).
